On 9th September, Urban Review section of Zing newspaper has a review about Waterina Suties project in general and Penthouse in specific.

In this occasion, we would like to update the strong point of Waterina Suites project:
- Project uses concrete wall, to increase fire resistance, waterproof and sound isolation ability.
- Project uses elastic paint with high durability and elasticity, which can ensure building surface up to 10 years.
- The concrete layers has more thickness than other – 35mm compared to 25mm of other project, which can ensure better safety and longer project life time.
- Project has maximum waterproof with 3 layers membrane method from Japan.
And other special quality. Currently, Waterina Suites is finishing and start the handover process for customers on September.
