Architecture makes a difference
Waterina Suites is a project with modern design, different to create a new superior look in new urban area Thanh My Loi. The exterior is designed with soft waves around the water as well as architectural highlights, creating feng shui harmony, bringing nature into the life of each family.
To create a different architectural design with only 96 units, the project developer and investor Maeda – Thien Duc Co., Ltd. has collaborated with famous Japanese architect Kengo Kuma to design Waterina Suites. He is the designer of the 2020 Olympic Stadium in Tokyo and more than 100 architectural works in many countries around the world such as museums in Japan and Shanghai Tower in China.
Kengo Kuma is particularly strong in the “connecting” architecture between interior – exterior, space between the project – natural space around the building. The design of Waterina Suites is a combination of water and terraces in the North West, creating a masterpiece in the heart of Saigon.
Mr. Kengo Kuma said: “Ho Chi Minh City has many rivers, I feel the harmony between rivers and cities, so I want to convey that to my design. You will see the waves of the Saigon River, the waves of the infinity pool of the project, and the wavy lines of the exterior of the building are in perfect harmony with each other in my design.”
Japanese quality – Vietnamese spirit
The apartments are overlooking the Saigon River with large size frame, natural light. Quality aluminum glass door and Japanese technology with high sound insulation, quietness and serenity for home. Not only soundproof windows, the walls of the house are made of durable materials according to Japanese standards. In addition, the materials, furniture and home appliances mostly come from Japanese brands such as TOTO sanitary ware, Daikin air conditioner.
A work of Japanese quality in the sense
In addition to bringing unique architectural features from the terraces or the Saigon River, in public areas for common activities such as halls, skylights, architect Kengo Kuma uses the application of floral tracing traditional Vietnamese style as a decorative point.
